Nicely framed French engraving depicting the "new" market in Berlin, Germany. An Amsler & Ruthardt reprint of a 1785 print by F Rosenberg. My father bought this in Berlin probably in the 1950s. This lot optionally includes two others (unframed) from the same series that were unfortunately water damaged in a flood many years ago, in case also of interest. One might be decent, if it were framed and the edges cropped out. Just to be clear: The framed print is *not* water damaged.
